Privacy Policy

The short version

Pep Seasons keeps everything on your phone. It has no accounts, no login, and no server to send your records to. We cannot see what you log, because it never reaches us.

What Pep Seasons stores (on your device)

All of it is written to a database file inside the app's own storage on your device. None of it is transmitted anywhere.

• Doses you log: the compound, the amount, the date and time, and the injection site.
• Vials and reconstitution figures — mass, diluent volume, dates — so the app can show what is left in a vial.
• Blocks and schedules you set up.
• Weigh-ins and other readings you enter, and the notes you write.
• Photos you attach, kept as files in the app's private storage alongside the database.

We receive none of it. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party service receiving your records.

Permissions the app asks for

• Microphone and speech recognition, only so you can log a dose hands-free. Speech is recognised on the phone — the app requires on-device recognition and refuses to run without it, so audio is never sent to Apple or to us for transcription, and it is not retained once the phrase becomes an entry.
• Notifications, scheduled on the device to remind you about a dose. Nothing about a reminder leaves the phone.

Both are optional and the app works without either. Pep Seasons does not ask for your location, your photo library, your contacts, or Health data.

Exports

You can export your record as a CSV or JSON file and share it, with a clinician or anywhere else you choose. An export is produced on the device; nothing is uploaded to create one, and we never see the file. Where it goes after you share it is governed by whatever app or service you send it to, not by this policy.

Deleting your data

Delete the app. Everything goes with it, because the only copy is the one on your phone. There is no account to close and nothing for us to erase on our side, because we hold nothing. Any exports you made are files you created and control.

Children

Pep Seasons is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18.

What this app is not

Pep Seasons is a record-keeping tool for a protocol you already have. It calculates volumes from the numbers you enter, such as vial mass and diluent volume, and it does not choose a dose for you. Where it shows published dose information, that is for reference only. It is not medical advice and not a medical device. Talk to a qualified clinician about what you are taking.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Pep Seasons sends data anywhere — an optional sync or backup, for instance — we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy disclosures before that version ships, and the date above will change.
